Production Associate – 3rd Shift Join a stable manufacturing team where you’ll operate extrusion equipment, complete set‑ups and changeovers, and support weigh‑up and packaging. If you have basic machine‑operation experience and want long‑term stability, this is a strong fit. What You’ll Do
• Run production lines safely and efficiently. • Perform set‑ups and changeovers for different batches and products. • Verify and weigh ingredients to match recipe specifications. • Operate weigh‑up and packaging equipment following safety and operating guidelines. • Process and package materials to correct size, container, and customer requirements. • Clean machines to maintain reliability and product quality. • Complete documentation accurately and on time. What You Need
• 6+ months to 1 year of machine‑operation experience (extrusion, injection molding, or similar). • Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn. • Ability to lift 55 lbs and occasionally up to 250 lbs with proper assistance. • Ability to stand, kneel, and crouch throughout the shift. • Reliability, attention to detail, and a strong safety mindset. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, MN. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
