Saw Operator Pay: $20 - $24/hr Available Shifts: 1st Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:50 PM

What You'll Do
• Operate industrial saw machines to cut metal piping • Read and follow work orders and production instructions • Enter measurements and job details into computer systems • Use tape measures, calipers, and micrometers to verify accuracy • Make machine adjustments as needed • Perform quality inspections • Maintain a safe and organized work area • Work closely with team members to meet production goals What We're Looking For
• Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience • Experience using a tape measure accurately • Basic computer skills • Comfortable working with fractions, decimals, and measurements • Ability to read and follow work instructions • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Preferred:
• Saw operation or saw setup experience • Experience using calipers and micrometers • Metal fabrication or industrial manufacturing experience Why You'll Want This Job

• Clean, well-lit manufacturing facility • Approximately 25 employees onsite • Steel-toe boots required • Safety equipment provided (hard hat, glasses, vest, ear protection) • Facility is not climate controlled but remains comfortable during normal operations Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wrightsville, PA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $24.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
