Job Title: Warehouse Picker (2nd Shift) - $17/HR Job DescriptionThe Warehouse Picker (2nd Shift) plays a key role in a busy parts distribution center, accurately picking, packing, and preparing a wide variety of products for shipment. This role focuses on quality and attention to detail, using RF scanners and lifting equipment to handle items ranging from small handheld boxes to heavy machine parts. The position is fully on-site and follows a Monday–Friday schedule on 2nd shift, with mandatory overtime and occasional Saturdays.Responsibilities

• Sort boxes and place them on the correct pick pallet for forklift operators. • Pick and pack products of various sizes, from handheld boxes to heavy machine parts, using appropriate lifting equipment. • Use an RF scanner to accurately locate, identify, and record inventory and orders. • Load and unload semi-trailers with completed pallets and other materials. • Handle lifting tasks safely, including lifting boxes and parts up to 75 lbs. • Perform general labor duties within the warehouse, including order picking, packaging, and inventory-related tasks. • Work around and with forklifts, ensuring safe operation and awareness in a busy distribution environment. • Maintain high quality standards by double-checking picks, labels, and destinations to avoid shipping errors. • Follow established warehouse procedures and safety guidelines at all times. • Support a multicultural and inclusive team environment by communicating clearly and working cooperatively with colleagues. • Adapt to changing workloads and schedules, including mandatory overtime and occasional Saturday work. Essential Skills

• 3–6 months of warehouse experience. • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs on a regular basis. • Experience with picking and packing products in a warehouse or distribution setting. • Ability to use RF scanners for inventory and order management. • Capability to load and unload trucks and semi-trailers safely and efficiently. • Comfort working around and on forklifts in a distribution center environment. • High attention to detail with a strong focus on quality and accuracy. • Ability to work flexible hours, including mandatory overtime and occasional Saturdays. • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and inclusive environment. • Strong focus on quality-oriented work, ensuring products are shipped to the correct facility. Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Forklift experience is preferred but not required; willingness to operate a forklift is essential. • Experience in inventory, warehouse distribution, order picking, packaging, and general labor is beneficial. • Comfort working in a large, open parts distribution center with a variety of products and material handling equipment. • Ability to maintain composure and accuracy in a fast-paced environment where quality standards are closely monitored. • Openness to learning new equipment and processes, including receiving forklift training and certification. • Contract-to-hire opportunity with an initial duration of approximately 90 days.
