Now Hiring a Handyman/Facility Maintenance Technician Job DescriptionJoin our maintenance team as a Handyman, where you'll play a key role in keeping our facility move-in ready and well-maintained. You'll perform a wide range of repairs and upkeep tasks, working across carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance projects.Responsibilities
• Prepare facility and units for residents by completing quality renovations and move-in-ready repairs. • Complete a variety of hands-on projects, including drywall repair, painting touch-ups, patching, and light carpentry work. • Troubleshoot and complete basic electrical repairs to keep units safe and fully functional. • Inspect, test, and maintain appliances, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems to ensure a positive resident experience. • Help maintain the property year-round, including snow removal and seasonal upkeep to keep grounds safe and accessible. Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Rochester, NY. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $24.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
