Misión We are looking for a talented and driven <strong>Senior Architect</strong> to lead the design and delivery of data centre and mission-critical projects. You will be responsible for developing innovative, high-performance facilities from concept through construction, working closely with clients, consultants, engineers, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver practical, efficient, and technically robust design solutions.<br><br>As a senior member of the team, you will provide <strong>design leadership, oversee architectural documentation, coordinate complex project requirements, and ensure compliance</strong> with relevant codes and industry standards. This is an opportunity to lead complex projects, mentor junior team members, and contribute to the growth of a rapidly evolving sector.<strong><br> <br> </strong> What will be your responsibilities? <strong>Architectural Design & Documentation</strong><br><ul><li>Lead the design and development of data centre and architectural projects from concept through construction completion.</li><li>Develop site planning, building massing, and spatial layouts that optimize operational efficiency, cooling strategies, maintenance access, and overall functionality.</li><li>Prepare, review, and oversee architectural drawings, specifications, design presentations, construction documentation, and permit submissions.</li><li>Prepare and present feasibility studies, design proposals, and technical presentations to clients and stakeholders.</li><li>Drive the adoption of sustainable, innovative, and industry-leading design practices.</li></ul><strong>Design Coordination</strong><br><ul><li>Coordinate and integrate architectural designs with MEP, structural, civil, and fire protection systems to ensure seamless project delivery.</li><li>Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, project managers, contractors, and internal stakeholders to define project objectives and deliver successful outcomes.</li><li>Manage project timelines, resources, budgets, and key milestones while maintaining design quality and technical excellence.</li></ul><strong>Regulatory Compliance & Approvals</strong><br><ul><li>Ensure all designs comply with applicable building codes, zoning regulations, safety requirements, and data centre industry standards, including UBBL, BOMBA, NFPA, FM Global, and Uptime Institute Tier requirements.</li></ul><strong>Construction Support</strong><br><ul><li>Conduct site visits and provide architectural support during construction to ensure design intent is properly executed.</li></ul><strong>Professional Development</strong><br><ul><li>Mentor, supervise, and provide technical guidance to junior architects and designers.</li><li>Stay informed on emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in architecture and data centre design.</li></ul><span style="font-size:16px;line-height:115%;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif;"><strong><br> <br> </strong></span> This is the profile we are looking for <strong>Education & Certification</strong><br><ul><li>Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture (ARB/RIBA accredited or equivalent international qualification).</li><li>Part III qualification or full professional registration (ARB, RIBA, AIA, or equivalent) is preferred; candidates working towards registration are welcome to apply.</li><li>Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident.</li></ul><strong>Experience</strong><br><ul><li>Minimum 8 years of post-qualification experience in architectural design, with exposure to data centre, mission-critical, industrial, or large-scale commercial facility projects.</li><li>Candidates must come from a consultancy background; prior experience working within an architectural or engineering design consultancy is mandatory.</li><li>Strong project leadership experience with a proven track record of delivering complex architectural projects.</li><li>Experience producing detailed design and construction documentation within a BIM environment.</li></ul><strong>Technical Skills</strong><br><ul><li>Advanced proficiency in Revit/BIM and AutoCAD; experience with Navisworks or other BIM coordination tools is an advantage.</li><li>Sound knowledge of building codes, planning regulations, fire safety requirements, and technical design standards.</li><li>Familiarity with data centre design standards and guidelines, including Uptime Institute Tier requirements and EN 50600, is an advantage.</li></ul><strong>Soft Skills</strong><br><ul><li>Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is a mandatory requirement.</li><li>Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage confidently with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders.</li><li>Detail-oriented, well-organised, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.</li><li>Collaborative team player with experience working in multidisciplinary project environments.</li></ul> Our benefits <ul><li>Hybrid working arrangement – 2 days in the office, with the remaining 3 days working from home</li><li>Company-provided laptop and accessories</li><li>Medical & Outpatient benefits</li><li>Hospitalization insurance</li><li>Annual leave – starting from 18 days per year</li><li>Performance-based annual bonus (based on KPIs)</li><li>Annual salary increment</li><li>Training and development opportunities to support your career growth</li></ul>
