Your day-to-day mission
• Translate business needs into optimal functional solutions within the Euroclear ecosystem. • Ensure alignment with architectural principles and long-term strategic goals. • Provide expert support during production escalations, offering a transversal perspective. • Anticipate and mitigate risks proactively. • Act as a reference point for settlement-related functional design. • Drive strategic initiatives to stay ahead of industry trends. • Foster creative thinking and collaboration between internal teams, vendors, and outsourcing partners. • Lead high-level analysis and guide detailed implementation. • Drive solution definition and ensure design integrity throughout delivery. What you need to have to succeed in this role
• 5+ years of experience in functional design. • Experience within financial settlement systems is a nice to have. • Strong collaboration and communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences. • Analytical thinking and problem-solving approach. • Excellent stakeholder management skills. • Ability to challenge and validate third-party solutions and budgets. • Risk awareness and anticipation mindset. • Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication.
