Main duties of the job As a Home Care Assistant in New Milton, you'll have the opportunity to make a genuine difference in people's lives by supporting them to live with dignity and joy in their own homes. The job involves sharing moments of companionship, assisting with daily routines and personal care, preparing meals, assisting with shopping, and providing a listening ear. The role offers outstanding career development with fully funded training and qualifications, flexible contracts to suit your schedule, and a competitive pay rate of up to £13.40 an hour plus mileage.
