Main duties of the job Join the Agincare family as a Bank Kitchen Assistant at our Gorseway care home. In this role, youll play an important part in preparing nutritious, delicious meals for our residents, helping to make mealtimes enjoyable, comforting, and something to look forward to. The role offers a variety of benefits including a pay rate of £12.72 per hour, a refer a friend scheme with the potential to earn up to £1000, and career development opportunities with fully funded training up to QCF Level 5. We also offer a Blue Light discount package, a company pension scheme, and on-demand pay. We are looking for someone with a minimum of 12 months right to work in the UK, as this is a zero-hour contract. Shifts can vary, and there are no set shifts as the rota is flexible. A positive, team-focused attitude and previous kitchen experience are required.
