Supporting and mentoring junior accounting staff, helping to develop capability and best practice
Collaborating with department heads on budgeting and forecasting aligned to strategic goals
Monitoring business costs and identifying opportunities to improve financial performance
Ensuring timely, accurate financial reporting and compliance with internal processes
Maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Supporting continuous improvement across systems, processes, and reporting

What were looking for Fully qualified ACCA, ACA, or CIMA
23 years experience in management accounting
Experience in a senior or supervisory role
Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail
Proficiency with financial systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar) and advanced Excel skills
Confident communicator able to present financial information to nonfinancial colleagues
Highly organised, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
A collaborative, professional approach and commitment to high standards

Person Specification
Qualifications Essential
Fully qualified ACCA, ACA, or CIMA with 23 years experience in management accounting and experience in a senior or supervisory role.
