Main duties of the job Join our team as a Care Assistant and help residents live with comfort, dignity, and joy. From daily support to meaningful moments, your kindness can make a real difference. Your role involves providing personal care and support, administering and recording medication, assisting with daily living activities, supporting social engagement, and promoting dignity and independence among residents. We're looking for compassionate individuals who are great with people and have a minimum of 12 months legal right to work in the UK. Opportunities include day and night shifts and require flexible working, including alternate weekends. Local areas include Ringwood and Ferndown.
