Main duties of the job Join our team as a Bank Care Assistant and help residents live with comfort, dignity, and joy. Your kindness can make a real difference. We offer outstanding career development with funded training up to QCF Level 5, and a Refer-a-Friend bonus up to £1,000. You'll earn £12.76 per hour with additional benefits including Blue Light Card discounts, a company pension scheme, and on-demand pay. As a Bank Care Assistant, you'll provide personal care and support, administer and record medication, assist with daily living activities, and support activities and social engagement. You'll promote dignity, independence, and well-being, delivering person-centred care as part of a team. We provide training, and while previous care experience is preferred due to the night shifts, full training is available. This is a zero-hour contract role at Trafalgar Care Home in Weymouth.

Person Specification

Qualifications Essential

Must have a minimum of 12 months right to work in the UK. Previous care experience is preferred, especially for the night role, and full training is provided. This position requires flexibility, including availability for day, night, and weekend shifts under a zero-hour contract.
