Job SummaryYou will serve as a Program Analyst in the Production Department of Shop 56 of PSNS and IMF.
QualificationsYour resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-9 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: analyzing program performance data to investigate trends and non-compliance issues for the development of reports, charts or graphs. Major DutiesYou will employ investigative and analytical techniques to gather process performance data needed to evaluate the various departmental programs.You will conduct program compliance surveillances.You will make recommendations on appropriate actions to resolve instances of program non-compliance and reverse adverse trends.You will collect, review, evaluate, analyze and categorize Quality Performance System (QPS) data, Deficiency reports, Discrepancy Logs, Audit Action records, Rework Reports, and other Inspection Verification Reports data.You will prepare and issue a weekly; quarterly, and yearly assessment report for all established programs.You will act as an advocate for department programs and implement policies established by higher levels.
