We're looking for an AI Solutions Engineer who can bridge the gap between technology and business needs, building practical AI-powered solutions that solve genuine problems and deliver measurable value.
This is not a research role and it's not about building technology for technology's sake. You'll work closely with teams across the business to understand their challenges, identify opportunities for automation and improvement, and rapidly develop tools, integrations, and applications that make everyday work easier.

What you'll be doing
Design, build, and deploy AI-powered solutions that improve efficiency and productivityDevelop applications, automations, integrations, and AI-assisted tools that solve real business problemsWork directly with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate ideas into working solutionsIdentify repetitive manual processes and introduce automation opportunitiesIntegrate AI capabilities into existing systems and workflowsTest, measure, and continuously improve the performance and effectiveness of solutionsSupport colleagues in adopting AI tools safely and effectivelyEnsure solutions meet security, governance, and compliance requirementsCollaborate closely with technical and non-technical teams to drive adoption and business value

You'll likely bring:
Experience developing applications, automations, integrations, or software solutionsKnowledge of AI technologies, large language models, automation platforms, or related toolsExperience working with one or more programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, PHP, or similarThe ability to translate business requirements into practical technical solutionsStrong communication skills and confidence working with stakeholders at all levelsA proactive, hands-on approach with a focus on delivering value quicklyAn interest in emerging technologies and a desire to continuously learnA pragmatic approach to technology, security, and problem-solving
