Job SummaryYou will serve as a SUPERVISORY PROGRAM ANALYST in the DDG 1000 PROGRAM OFFICE (PMS 500) of DPAE COMBATANTS.

QualificationsYour resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower pay band, NH-03 (GS-13 Equivalent), in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector managing program functions, operations, or requirements (e.g. project planning and schedules, contracting, research and studies, cost estimating, improvement initiatives, workload management, budget planning and execution, strategic planning, workforce performance, or risk assessments) to support the sustainment, repair, maintenance, or modernization of surface ships, or shipboard systems and components. Major DutiesYou will serve as management advisor to address a wide variety of interrelated subject matter, that can include financial, contractual, programmatic, or other program office focus areas.You will correlate and corroborate information into reports and records, accounting for and coordinating production matters for the DDG 1000 Program.You will provide technical and programmatic direction pertaining to planning, budgeting, staffing, and conduct of production throughout the development and fielding of the DDG 1000 class.You will maintain the cost and schedule baseline for successful production activities and assesses progress of work performance and associated results.You will direct production efforts for the DDG 1000 Program for all specific stages of production and modernization.You will plan, execute, and evaluate production activities within the DPAE and across field activities.You will develop and implement overall program requirements based on new or revised legislation.
