Main duties of the job ABOUT THE ROLE This is a casual, part-time role offering flexible working. As a Bank Support Worker at a Barchester independent mental health hospital, you'll use your intuition and empathy to help our patients get the most out of life. You'll work as part of a multidisciplinary team to support patients with complex and sometimes challenging behaviours. Qualifications Essential
A genuine interest in the lives of patients, excellent communication skills, positive attitude, and resilience. Previous experience is not necessary as full training is provided.
