ABOUT YOUYou'll need to be warm, empathetic and personable to join us as an Activities Coordinator. Any similar experience would be ideal, but it isn't essential especially because we'll make sure you have the training you need to develop your skills and progress your career with us.

Qualifications Essential

Warmth, empathy, and strong organisational skills are essential for this role, as well as a creative and enthusiastic approach to engaging with residents. Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential, as Barchester provides comprehensive training and development opportunities.
