ABOUT YOUYou don't need any particular qualifications to join us as a Bank Hospitality Host, but experience in a similar setting would be ideal. Personable and caring, you'll take a genuine interest in our residents, engaging with them and their families on a regular basis. Because you might be serving alcohol, you'll need to be over the age of 18.

Qualifications Essential
No particular qualifications are required, but relevant experience is ideal. You should be personable and caring, capable of engaging with the residents and their families effectively. Since you may be serving alcohol, you are required to be over 18 years of age. We offer opportunities to develop skills further with various courses designed to build confidence in all role aspects.
