Qualifications Essential
While previous experience in a similar role would be beneficial, it is not essential. The key requirements are a warm, empathetic and personable nature, strong organisational skills, and a creative approach to engaging with residents. Barchester will provide the necessary training and support to develop the successful candidate's skills and progress their career within the organisation.
