Eaton’s Electrical Sector America - ARS/Fibrebond division is currently seeking a Plant Finance Manager for its’ new manufacturing facility located in North Little Rock, AR. This role is a critical member of the inaugural leadership team of the facility. Relocation assistance is available to candidates currently residing in the US.

In this role, you will provide financial leadership to the North Little Rock manufacturing facility, serving as a business partner and as a change agent to drive plant continuous improvement actions and to achieve overall plant targets. In addition, you will be a key leader in the greenfield site plant ramp-up project team, connecting finance processes with plant operations.

Fibrebond, an Eaton company, designs and manufactures pre integrated modular buildings and power enclosures that protect mission critical equipment for data center, industrial, utility, and communications customers. Headquartered in Minden, Louisiana, Fibrebond is known for its engineered to order solutions that support complex infrastructure projects across North America. In 2025, Fibrebond was acquired by Eaton, expanding Eaton’s modular solutions portfolio while preserving Fibrebond’s strong engineering expertise, customer focus, and manufacturing operations in Louisiana.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $130,000 - $190,000 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program. What you’ll do: Manage a large-scale project budget with monthly report outs to Senior Leadership on project status. Analyze financial data and performance metrics related to the operations to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Drives accountability for results and defining key performance metrics together with business leaders Provide financial insights and analysis to support operational decision-making, such as evaluating capital deployment opportunities or new projects Work closely with the operations team to develop action plans, strategies, and initiatives based on financial insights. Drive and monitor the implementation of the plans Create financial models to assess the impact of various scenarios on operational performance Identify financial risks within the operations and propose mitigation strategies. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to evaluate performance against targets. Monitor and manage operational costs to achieve efficiency and cost-reduction while maintaining quality. Implement Inventory control actions and initiatives to maximize operational profitability while maximizing cash. Builds organizational capability through successful hiring, talent development, and succession planning in the business; continually raise the bar on their team performance and find creative and meaningful ways to build the skills within their function to help lead premiere performance. Lead the main financial processes for the site, such forecasts and profit plan. Analyze and interpret financial data related to the costs incurred on projects during its operations with the primary objective to provide valuable insights to management, enabling them to make informed.

Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities: Qualifications: Basic (required) Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related field from an accredited institution. Eight (8) years of progressive finance/accounting experience supporting manufacturing operations or similar. One (1) or more years of experience managing direct reports. Ability to travel up to 25% for the first 18-24 months in role (mainly to Eaton Fibrebond in Minden, LA). Eaton will not consider applicants for employment, immigration sponsorship or support for this position. Preferred Qualifications:

MBA from an accredited institution. Previous experience building and implementing comprehensive business finance practices in a startup or greenfield manufacturing environment. Previous experience as the finance leader for a manufacturing facility. Two (2) or more years of experience as a manager of people. Skills: Ability to understand and communicate financial concepts to non-financial professionals. Ability to focus on business results and the experience and confidence to interact with and present to senior level internal and external stakeholders. Demonstrated capability to lead and collaborate across different parts of the organization using influence and indirect authority. Highly results-oriented and adaptable. Strong ability to pivot as priorities evolve. Strong decision-making skills. Proven track record of strategic planning with high impact business outcomes. Strong project management skills.
