Eaton’s Electrical Sector America - ARS/Fibrebond division is currently seeking a Facilities and Maintenance Manager for its’ new manufacturing facility located in North Little Rock, AR. This role is a critical member of the inaugural leadership team of the facility. Relocation assistance is available to candidates currently residing in the US.

In this role, you will provide maintenance and facilities leadership for our new manufacturing facility in North Little Rock. This includes leading project efforts within the business associated with the design, modification, construction, commissioning and maintenance of manufacturing equipment and facilities on the campus to ensure optimal operational conditions and full compliance with safety and environmental guidelines from both the government and corporation. Once the facility is operational, this role will lead the equipment and facilities maintenance team and future oversee facility projects.

Fibrebond, an Eaton company, designs and manufactures pre integrated modular buildings and power enclosures that protect mission critical equipment for data center, industrial, utility, and communications customers. Headquartered in Minden, Louisiana, Fibrebond is known for its engineered to order solutions that support complex infrastructure projects across North America. In 2025, Fibrebond was acquired by Eaton, expanding Eaton’s modular solutions portfolio while preserving Fibrebond’s strong engineering expertise, customer focus, and manufacturing operations in Louisiana.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $130,000 - $190,000 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program. What you’ll do: Coordinate all capital projects related to building infrastructure. Lead a team of building and equipment maintenance technicians to keep both infrastructure and production machinery in optimal working condition. Oversee the design, construction, installation, commissioning, inspection, repair and maintenance of building systems such as mechanical, electrical, pneumatic plumbing and climate. Own regulatory and non-regulatory maintenance plans that allow for infrastructure continuity such as manufacturing equipment, electrical sub-stations, compressors, electrical boards and climate systems. Serve as project manager for critical infrastructure projects including budget management, resources alignment and material allocations. Collaborate closely with the operational excellence and manufacturing teams on plant layout decisions and proposed modification. Understand and drive compliance with Eaton’s EHS compliance requirements including Life Saving Rules, Sustainability and Energy Management Oversee all facilities and infrastructure work performed by both internal team members and external contractors and ensure all Eaton policies and procedures are followed. Manage the external janitorial team to keep all building installations in optimal condition.

Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities: Qualifications: Basic (required) Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. Seven (7) or more years of progressive experience in facilities and/or maintenance management supporting manufacturing operations or similarly complex, large-scale facilities. One (1) or more years of experience managing direct reports. Ability to travel up to 50% for the first 18-24 months in role (mainly to Eaton Fibrebond in Minden, LA) Eaton will not consider applicants for employment immigration sponsorship or support for this position. . This means that Eaton will not support any CPT, OPT, or STEM OPT plans, F-1 to H-1B, H-1B cap registration, O-1, E-3, TN status, I-485 job portability, etc. Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, business administration/management, construction management, environmental science or safety management from an accredited institution. Ten (10) or more years of experience in facilities and/or maintenance management supporting manufacturing operations or similarly complex, large-scale facilities. PMP, CMRP or CMP certification. Previous experience opening a manufacturing facility. Six Sigma and Lean methodology and tool proficiency. General knowledge of pneumatic installations, variable speed compressors and air dryers. General knowledge in metal fabrication, hydraulic and sanitary installations, cistern, sewage, potable water and waste water management. Experience with CMMS and BAS/BMS for asset management.

Skills: Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and AutoCAD. Strong leadership and coaching skills, ability to give and receive feedback to stakeholders. Comfortability managing ambiguity and ability to pivot as business priorities evolve. Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization including leading presentations and report outs to senior business leaders. Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple project simultaneously. Effective financial acumen and ability to manage capital budgets and asset lifecycle management. Ability to work as part of a cross-functional team with the ability to effectively influence and impact across work groups at all levels of the organization.
