Job Description BAE Systems is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead facility modernization and expansion projects at the Holston Army Ammunition Plant. As a Project Manager, you will deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards, while leading a cross-functional team and communicating effectively with executive leadership and government customers. Key Responsibilities: Project Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams to deliver (<$100M) complex Capital Investment projects, ensuring timely, budgeted, and quality delivery. Profit and Loss Management: Manage project finances, ensuring budget adherence and financial target achievement. Communication and Reporting: Provide regular updates to executive leadership and government customers on project status, progress, and issues. Sub-contractor and Supplier Management: Oversee sub-contractors and suppliers to ensure project requirements and quality standards are met. Project Planning and Control: Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery. Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to ensure project success.

Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities: Required Education, Experience, & Skills Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business from an accredited institution. Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant project management experience in Defense, Construction, or Oil/Gas/Chemical industries. Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication with upper management and customers. Technical Writing: Proficient in technical writing, such as proposal and statement of work development. Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills Master’s degree: Preferred in a related field. Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) or DAWIA Level III Program Management certification preferred. Earned Value Management: Experience with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) or similar tools preferred. Scheduling Tools: Experience with integrated master schedules using MS Project, Primavera, etc. preferred. Leadership Experience: Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams. Attributes of a Successful Project Manager: Strategic Thinker: Ability to think strategically and make informed decisions. Collaborative Leader: Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Effective Communicator: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $96623 - $164259
