Job Title: Production TechnicianJob DescriptionAs a Production Technician, you will work in a clean room environment, adhering to Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP). Your role involves manufacturing, assembling, and packaging BioProcess Containers. You will follow detailed instructions, including Standard Operating Procedures, work documents, and technical drawings, to ensure quality and consistency. This position requires attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting. Responsibilities • Manufacture, assemble, and package BioProcess Containers. • Follow Standard Operating Procedures, work documents, and technical drawings. • Ensure quality and consistency in production processes. • Collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment. Essential Skills • Experience in production, cleanroom, assembly, and general production. • Basic computer skills for completing training modules. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Good verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to follow detailed procedures. • Commitment to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). • Team-oriented mindset. Additional Skills & Qualifications • High School Diploma or equivalent. • Preferred but not required: 1 year of production experience. • Ability to use hand tools and equipment. • Understanding of chemical hygiene (e.g., disinfectants, solvents, IPA). Work EnvironmentWork in a fast-paced, controlled cleanroom environment for up to 10 hours a day, with potential overtime. Cleanroom conditions include more than 30% humidity, temperatures between 60–70°F, and ambient noise. Required gowning includes gloves, hair/beard net, face cover, and safety glasses; no makeup or jewelry is allowed. Frequent forceful gripping, grasping, pushing, pulling, and repetitive motion are part of the job. Personal protective equipment is required, and there is a need to stand, bend, reach, and move throughout the shift. Occasionally lift and handle up to 40 lbs unassisted. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of LEBANON, TN. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.50 - $21.28/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
