• Operate rotational molding machines safely and efficiently as part of a production team • Load machines with plastic pellets based on production requirements • Monitor equipment and make basic adjustments to maintain quality • Unload finished parts and prepare them for trimming and further processing • Use hand and power tools to move, adjust, or assemble components • Perform general labor and production tasks to keep workflow moving • Lift and move materials and parts up to 80 lbs throughout the shift • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area • Communicate with team members to meet daily production goals What You Bring
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs repeatedly • Experience in general labor, production, construction, or similar work • Mechanical aptitude and comfort working around industrial machinery • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment • Familiarity with hand and power tools • Comfort working in a loud, active manufacturing setting Nice to Have

The environment is fast‑moving, with continuous production activity. Noise levels can be high, and temperatures may rise in the summer, though large industrial fans help maintain airflow. Expect frequent lifting, standing, and movement throughout the shift. Proper PPE and safety practices are required. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Maple Lake, MN. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
