Clean Room Operator - No Experience Needed! We're hiring Clean Room Operators to join a growing production team. No prior experience is required. We provide training for motivated individuals who are comfortable working in a cleanroom environment and can follow detailed procedures. What You'll Do
• Operate and monitor production equipment following standard operating procedures (SOPs) • Inspect materials and products to ensure quality standards are met • Record production and quality data accurately • Report and assist with basic equipment troubleshooting • Move materials using pallet jacks and forklifts • Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of equipment and work areas • Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE Requirements
• Willing to work a rotating schedule, including weekends • Able to stand for 12-hour shifts • Able to lift up to 50 lbs. • Comfortable wearing a full cleanroom suit ("bunny suit") • Comfortable working around chemicals • Ability to follow written instructions and SOPs Preferred Qualifications
• Manufacturing or cleanroom experience is a plus, but not required Benefits

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Queen Creek, AZ. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.50 - $21.46/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
