Job SummaryYou will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST (COST ADVOCATE) in the OPERATIONS DEPARTMENT (Code 300) of PEARL HARBOR NSY AND IMF.

QualificationsGS-07 Grade level Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: assisting with the collection, extraction, and analysis of financial data and the formulation of solutions to improve project performance metrics. GS-05 Grade level Your resume must demonstrate at least three years of general experience that includes one year of experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-04) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: assisting with analyzing problems to identify significant factors; gathering pertinent data; and planning and/or organizing work to accomplish administrative tasks. Major DutiesYou will assist with conducting research and providing information/response for assignments.You will extract data and assist with analytical studies and assist in formulating solutions to improve project performance metrics.You will participate in meetings with project management team to discuss factual information relating to analytical findings and conclusions.You will conduct a variety of studies, related to project cost performance. These studies may require written reports, charts and graphs.You will provide supporting data to project management to make recommendations.You will attend meetings with project management to discuss factual information relating to analytical findings and conclusions.
