*Responsibilities*
* Monitor premises through CCTV surveillance systems to detect suspicious activity and ensure safety compliance * Conduct regular patrols of the property to identify potential security risks or breaches * Control access points by verifying credentials of employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors * Respond promptly to security incidents or emergencies, coordinating with law enforcement or emergency responders as needed * Implement loss prevention strategies by observing for theft or vandalism and reporting incidents accurately * Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and security checks for record-keeping purposes * Enforce security policies and procedures consistently to uphold the safety standards of the facility
*Skills*
* Strong understanding of law enforcement principles and procedures to handle various security situations effectively * Proficiency in surveillance technologies, including CCTV systems, for continuous monitoring of the premises * Experience in loss prevention techniques to deter theft and minimize asset loss * Excellent observational skills with keen attention to detail during patrols and surveillance activities * Ability to respond calmly and decisively during emergencies or high-pressure situations * Good communication skills for clear reporting and interaction with team members, visitors, and emergency personnel * Physical stamina to stand, walk, or patrol for extended periods while maintaining alertness throughout shifts
Pay: $16.13-$25.22 per hour
