Overview
We are seeking dedicated and vigilant Security Guards to join our team across Alberta. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This position requires strong observational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to respond effectively to various situations.

- Wetaskiwin
Duties
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security.
- Conduct regular inspections of premises and report any suspicious activities or incidents.
- Operate and monitor CCTV systems to oversee activities within designated zones.
- Enforce rules and regulations to prevent loss or damage to property.
- Respond promptly to alarms and emergencies, providing assistance as needed.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary.
- Maintain accurate logs of daily activities, incidents, and observations.
- Provide excellent customer service while interacting with the public.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or loss prevention is preferred.
- Familiarity with surveillance equipment, including CCTV systems.
- Strong observational skills with the ability to remain alert at all times.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- A valid Security Guard License may be required depending on local regulations.
Required Certifications & Training
Candidates must have the following current certifications/training:
- Pressure Point Control Tactics (PPCT)
- First Aid/CPR/AED Level C
- Naloxone Training
- Non-Crisis Intervention
- WHMIS Training

Pay: $17.00-$22.17 per hour
