We are recruiting for a Senior IT Support Technician to join our organisation based in Lydney. This is a hands-on senior technical role, acting as the escalation point for complex and business-critical IT issues while supporting the stability and continuous improvement of on-site IT services. You will work across end-user computing, infrastructure and manufacturing-adjacent systems, collaborating with wider IT, engineering, security and manufacturing teams.
