Requirements
- At least three years of software-testing experience
- At least two years of experience testing Salesforce solutions
- Hands-on test-automation experience, ideally with Playwright or Cypress
- Experience writing test scripts, test cases and test plans
- Knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Salesforce customisations
- Familiarity with Jira, Bugzilla or a similar defect-management platform
- Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder-management skills
- An organised, quality-focused approach
Responsibilities
- Develop test strategies, plans, cases and reusable test scripts
- Test Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and customised solutions
- Build and maintain automated regression tests
- Perform manual, regression, integration and performance testing
- Test APIs and system integrations
- Coordinate UAT with business stakeholders
- Record and manage defects through to resolution
- Maintain Salesforce test environments, sandboxes and test data
- Report on test execution, coverage, risks and defect trends
- Support junior testers and improve QA processes
- Work with developers, business analysts, project managers and operational stakeholders to ensure new functionality, platform changes and integrations are reliable and fit for purpose
