Requirements: Proven experience as a Technical Author, Technical Writer, or in a similar technical documentation roleAbility to understand technical concepts and work with engineers and technical specialists to gather information for accurate documentationRelevant experience in areas such as cloud and on-premises environments, Azure, IT infrastructure and operations, SaaS and client-server applications, technical and user-focused documentation, Confluence, Markdown, Git/GitHub, Azure DevOps, Microsoft 365, or SharePoint OnlineStrong communication skills and confidence working with people at different organisational levels, from technical specialists to senior stakeholdersAbility to work independently, ask effective questions, and identify opportunities to improve documentation or processes Responsibilities: Create and maintain technical documentation, system guides, processes, specifications, and operational documentationWork with technical teams and subject matter experts to understand complex systems and processesTranslate technical information into clear, concise, accessible content for different audiencesEstablish and maintain documentation standards, style guidelines, and best practicesReview and improve existing documentation using feedback, support tickets, and stakeholder interviewsManage documentation through version control and keep content aligned with system and software changesReview, edit, and proofread documentation to maintain a consistently high standardIdentify opportunities to improve how technical documentation is created, managed, and accessedWork with stakeholders across technical teams, operations, senior management, and end users Technologies: AzureCloudConfluenceDevOpsGitGitHubSupportMicrosoft 365SharePointOffice 365 More:
