Job Title: Solar Installation LaborerJob DescriptionWe are seeking dedicated construction laborers to assist with the installation of solar panels on various rooftop and carport projects throughout Arizona. The initial jobsite will be located in Stanford, AZ, with opportunities to move to other projects after 4-6 weeks. Responsibilities • Assist in the construction and installation of commercial-scale solar photovoltaic (PV) systems on flat roofs, pitched roofs, and carport structures. • Assemble racking systems and place and secure solar modules. • Pull wire and support foremen to ensure safe and efficient project completion. • Follow all safety protocols and work effectively at heights. • Use hand and power tools and perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions. • Handle materials, clean the site, and support the installation team with general construction duties as needed. Essential Skills • General labor experience. • Construction experience. • Proficiency with hand tools. Additional Skills & Qualifications • Reliable transportation and willingness to commute to different job sites within the valley. • Acclimated to working outside and able to be on feet for 8+ hours a day. • Mechanically inclined and able to lift 50+ pounds. • Reliability and strong work ethic. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Casa Grande, AZ. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $27.00 - $27.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
