We're hiring a Production Wash Bay Technician to join a busy production team in Southeast Calgary. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in supporting a high-quality manufacturing operation.Working in the wash bay, you'll play a key role in preparing products and components for the next stage of production by operating pressure washing equipment, handling materials, and assisting with general production activities.What You'll Do

• Pressure wash production components as they come off the manufacturing line • Lift, move, and handle materials weighing up to 50 lbs throughout your shift • Support production operations through general labour, assembly, and machine-assisted tasks • Use measuring tapes and metric measurements to verify specifications • Operate and assist with production machinery safely and efficiently • Use hand tools to support manufacturing processes • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area • Follow all safety procedures, including PPE requirements and chemical handling protocols • Work as part of a team while managing responsibilities within your designated work area • What We're Looking For ✅ 6 months to 1 year of manufacturing, production, or general labour experience✅ Recent heavy lifting experience in a work environment✅ Experience operating machinery in a production setting✅ Ability to accurately use a measuring tape and metric system✅ Experience using hand tools and performing assembly or production work✅ Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment✅ Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail✅ Ability to work 12-hour shifts and maintain a consistent pacePreferred Qualifications ⭐ Industrial pressure washing experience⭐ Working around chemicals and industrial equipment⭐ Strong teamwork and communication skills⭐ Desire to grow into a long-term manufacturing career Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of CALGARY, AB.
