Job Overview We are seeking skilled Maintenance Technicians to support a state-of-the-art automated distribution facility. This position offers the opportunity to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain advanced material handling equipment, conveyor systems, pneumatic systems, and automated packaging technology in a highly automated environment.This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with industrial maintenance experience who are looking to expand their skills with cutting-edge automation and robotics equipment. Responsibilities
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain material handling equipment and pneumatic systems throughout the facility. • Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on automated equipment. • Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution systems. • Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and controls-related issues. • Complete maintenance activities using CMMS and maintenance documentation systems. • Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on equipment reliability and uptime. • Assist with training and mentoring less experienced technicians. • Follow all safety procedures and company standards. Required Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years of industrial maintenance experience. • Minimum 2 years of experience repairing material handling equipment, automated conveyor systems, or similar mechanical and controls equipment. • High school diploma or equivalent. • Ability to work weekends, nights, holidays, and flexible schedules as required. • Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a maintenance team. Preferred Qualifications Experience in one or more of the following areas:
