Job Title: Decal InstallerJob DescriptionThis role focuses on installing high-quality vinyl wraps, graphics, and decals across a variety of surfaces while delivering precise, professional results. You will work closely with design and production teams to bring customer projects to life, maintaining high standards of craftsmanship and attention to detail from preparation through final inspection. Responsibilities • Install vinyl wraps, graphics, and decals on vehicles, walls, windows, floors, and other surfaces with a high level of precision. • Prepare surfaces for installation by cleaning, smoothing, and ensuring proper adhesion conditions to achieve a clean, professional finish. • Work closely with design and production teams to interpret and accurately execute customer specifications and design layouts. • Maintain quality standards throughout each project while meeting established timelines and deadlines. • Inspect completed work, identify any defects or issues, and perform corrections or adjustments as needed. • Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively during installation and preparation tasks. • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in both shop and field environments. • Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally during all client interactions. • Manage multiple projects at once and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting. Essential Skills • Minimum of 2 years of vinyl wrap and graphic installation experience. • Proven experience installing vehicle wraps, decals, and other vinyl graphics on a variety of surfaces. • Strong attention to detail and a demonstrated commitment to high-quality workmanship. • Ability to read measurements accurately and follow design specifications and layouts. • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with design, production, and other team members. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for installation and preparation tasks. • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Additional Skills & Qualifications • Experience working with a variety of vinyl materials and graphic applications. • Background in construction, signage, or related trades involving installation and finishing work. • Comfort working both independently and as part of a team in shop and field settings. • Ability to troubleshoot installation challenges and adapt techniques to different surfaces and conditions. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fargo, ND. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
