• Build walls, floors, trusses, stairs, and other components in a production environment • Use hand and power tools including tape measures, nail guns, saws, and table saws • Work with a small team (3–4 people) to keep production lines moving • Meet daily production goals while maintaining strong safety and quality standards • Lift materials up to 75 lbs occasionally • Follow established safety programs and protocols What You Bring
• Ability to read a tape measure down to 1/8" (must pass tape measure test) • 3+ months experience with nail guns and saws • Comfortable using hand tools and power tools • Able to work in a fast‑paced, team‑based production environment • Willing to work 50 hours per week and lift up to 75 lbs occasionally Nice to Have
• Framing or construction experience • Blueprint reading • Mechanical aptitude or general labor experience • Experience with rough carpentry, trusses, or commercial construction Why You’ll Love Working Here

• Clean, spacious, temperature‑controlled manufacturing shop • Prefabrication of trusses and wall panels for field construction teams • Small team stations (3–4 people) • Multiple buildings depending on product line • Shift Options: • 1st Shift: 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Mon–Fri), ~50 hours/week + optional Saturday OT • 2nd Shift: 4:30 PM – 4:30 AM (Mon–Thurs), ~48 hours/week + optional Friday OT
Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Forest Lake, MN. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
