Assembly Worker – $18/hr Location: 8611 W 35W Service Drive NE, Blaine, MN Schedule: Monday–Friday | On‑Site | Contract‑to‑Hire (4 months)
About the Role Join a hands‑on, team‑focused manufacturing shop where you’ll help build rotary and flat dies used by major corrugating companies. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys assembly work, using tools, and working in a collaborative environment.As a Flat Finisher, you’ll place foam around die blades with industrial glue, assist with team lifts, and help move dies through the production process.What You’ll Do
• Assemble and finish rotary/flat dies using written and visual instructions • Use hand tools, power tools, and pneumatic tools • Perform team lifts and move dies weighing 50–80 lbs • Apply foam around blades with industrial glue • Keep your workstation clean and follow safety guidelines • Support general shop tasks as needed What You Need
• Ability to lift 50–80 lbs regularly • Strong hand dexterity and comfort using tools • Ability to follow written and visual instructions • Willingness to learn and work well with a team • HS Diploma/GED preferred • Experience in construction, woodworking, or assembly is a plus Why You’ll Love It Here

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
