Job summary
We are looking for an experienced Speech and Language Therapist to join our Therapies team, assessing a young person in York.
This is an excellent opportunity to deliver specialist speech and language therapy as part of a multidisciplinary team, helping a young person with complex communication needs to develop functional communication skills, increase independence and thrive within their educational environment.

Promote an inclusive approach
Focus on meaningful, functional outcomes that improve participation and independence
Maintain accurate clinical records, liaise with the wider multidisciplinary team and produce report as required

£70 per hour £40 per hour travel time 55p per mile mileage Flexible working arrangements agreed between the therapist, school, family and young person. Opportunity for further work as our services continue to grow. Supportive, collaborative multidisciplinary team. This is a critical role with a September start, and we are keen to hear from Speech and Language Therapists who are passionate about helping children and young people achieve meaningful outcomes through person-centred, evidence-based practice.
