Acting as an advocate for your patients, you will need authentic communication and listening skills, and the ability to build trust, considering all factors in their response to prognosis and treatment plans. This can require considerable resilience and insight and you will liaise with colleagues from many external partnership services, requiring good coordination and organisation skills.

Main duties of the job
Providing outstanding standards of care, takes a successful multi-disciplinary approach and you will work alongside a large team of talented individuals including medical, surgical, anaesthetic and intensive care teams, allied health professionals, pharmacists and many more.
Our teams also include many nurse specialists and as such there is great scope for progression to more specialist and other senior nursing and managerial roles.

We are seeking experienced, enthusiastic, compassionate and motivated Registered Nurses to join our dynamic Critical Care teams. We have exciting opportunities available across the highly specialised critical care areas: Neuro/Major Trauma Critical Care, Cardiothoracic Critical Care and General Critical Care which specialises in Major Burns and Maternal medicine. These units provide exceptional care to some of the most complex and critically ill patients, offering nurses the opportunity to develop advanced clinical skills in a challenging yet rewarding environment. Working alongside experienced multidisciplinary teams, you will deliver high-quality, evidence-based care while supporting patients and their families through every stage of their critical care journey. Whether caring for patients with life-changing neurological injuries and major trauma or supporting those with complex medical conditions and severe burn injuries, you will play a vital role in making a difference every day.
