Job Title: Warehouse Associate $18/hrShifts:12p-8:30p2p-10:30pResponsibilities
• Support the shipping department by handling incoming and outgoing materials and products. • Use RF scanners to accurately pick, receive, and track inventory and orders. • Perform order picking and prepare shipments according to established procedures. • Handle pallets full of product and move empty pallets as needed within narrow aisles. • Operate safely around electric pallet jacks used by certified operators. • Maintain inventory control by accurately counting, labeling, and organizing products. • Follow all warehouse safety rules, including restrictions on personal electronic devices. • Work collaboratively with team members while meeting individual performance expectations. • Use a 12-foot staircase ladder as required to access products stored at height. • Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area in the shipping department. Essential Skills
• 0–6 months of related warehouse, material handling, or shipping and receiving experience. • Experience or familiarity with warehouse operations such as shipping, receiving, returns, and order picking. • Ability to use RF scanners for inventory control and order processing. • Capability to walk at a fast pace for 8–12 hours per day on a consistent basis. • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds independently, potentially for 8–12 hours per day. • Comfort working at heights, including using a 12-foot staircase ladder. • Attention to detail and accuracy when handling inventory and orders. • Ability to work effectively in a team environment while meeting individual performance metrics. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Flower Mound, TX. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
