Manufacturing Operator Job Description We are hiring Manufacturing Operators for both Day Shift and Swing Shift openings. In this role, you will assemble complex electronic products and server systems by following detailed work instructions, procedures, and documented processes. Responsibilities include preparing components, assembling and integrating parts into chassis and racks, performing quality inspections, and supporting production goals in a clean, high-security manufacturing environment. Responsibilities

• Follow work instructions, procedures, and assembly documentation to unpack, prepare, and assemble components and products. • Move materials throughout production and warehouse areas, including unpacking and packaging materials and lifting up to 50 lbs. • Assemble electronic components, sub-assemblies, and server systems on a production line. • Use hand tools and power screwdrivers to install brackets, hardware, labels, and components according to specifications. • Install rails and rack equipment according to rack configurations and specifications. • Perform cable routing, cable labeling, and rack/server integration tasks. • Scan and verify labels to ensure proper product and rack configuration. • Conduct quality inspections to verify products meet manufacturing standards. • Document inspection results and production data accurately in reports and quality systems. • Perform daily audits, including torque verification, calibration checks, and tool inspections. • Train and support team members as needed. • Communicate effectively with coworkers, leads, and supervisors to support production goals. • Maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment. Required Skills & Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, production, or assembly experience. • Experience assembling electronic products, servers, computers, or related equipment. • Ability to follow written work instructions, procedures, schematics, and assembly documentation. • Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and power screwdrivers. • Experience with cabling, wiring, labeling, and rack assembly is preferred. • Strong attention to detail and ability to perform precise assembly work. • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs. • Experience performing quality inspections and documenting results. • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building large server systems or electronic assemblies in a manufacturing environment. • Knowledge of cable routing and cable labeling processes. • Familiarity with ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) procedures and high-security manufacturing environments. • Experience conducting quality audits and calibration verification. • Previous experience training or mentoring team members. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fremont, CA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $23.00 - $27.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
