Job Title: Welder / FabricatorJob DescriptionJoin a family-owned weld shop where you will work independently on a wide variety of structural projects for the commercial construction, heavy equipment, and material handling industries. You will primarily be MIG welding these projects from blueprints, but will occasionally include FCAW welding structural materials. The majority of projects range in thickness from 1/4" to several inches in thickness. Shift: 1st shift & 2nd Shifts available ** 48+ hours a week ** Responsibilities
• Perform custom welding and fabrication work on large structural projects as well as one-off custom parts • MIG and FCAW weld mild steel materials ranging from 1/4" to several inches in thickness • Work from blueprints to ensure projects are built to specifications • Grind and finish welds after projects were built • Use forklifts and overhead cranes to move materials Essential Skills

Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Fond Du Lac, WI. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
