Injection Molding Technician – Job Overview Join a high‑quality, safety‑focused manufacturing team as an Injection Molding Technician. In this role, you’ll set up, operate, and troubleshoot injection molding machines and robotic equipment to keep production running smoothly. You’ll handle mold changeovers, monitor part quality, and follow clear work instructions to ensure consistent, accurate results. • Set up and run injection molding machines for efficient, high‑quality production. • Perform mold setups and changeovers based on schedules and procedures. • Operate and adjust auxiliary equipment and robotic systems to support molding operations. • Follow detailed work instructions and production documentation to ensure accuracy. • Troubleshoot molding and quality issues and make necessary adjustments. • Verify materials and components before each production run. • Record downtime, scrap, and production data to support improvement efforts. • Use precision measuring tools to check part quality and machine performance. • Report tooling or equipment concerns through established work order systems. • Support continuous improvement by suggesting process enhancements. • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area at all times. • Collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to keep operations running smoothly. • Hands‑on experience with injection molding machines and mold setups. • Ability to troubleshoot molding processes and resolve quality issues. • Experience with auxiliary equipment and robotic systems. • Strong ability to follow work instructions and production documentation. • Skill using precision measuring instruments. • Familiarity with material handling, containment, and production data recording. • Excellent attention to detail, safety awareness, and consistency. • Comfort working in structured, quality‑focused environments. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $72800.00 - $79040.00/yr.
