We are seeking a skilled Batch Maker for a premier manufacturing company in Cherry Hill NJ. You will be responsible for reading batch cards, recording all necessary information, mixing ingredients according to specific formulas, and operating various process equipment. • Weigh out raw materials including powders, liquids, and pigments. • Add raw materials to industrial mixing equipment and operate the equipment proficiently. • Take samples for quality testing. • Operate and monitor process equipment. • 12 Hour Shifts (Weekend Days, or Week Nights avaialble) Qualifications
• 2 years of experience in batch making, chemical operating, or chemical machine operation. • Fluent in English with the ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing. • Ability to understand and follow specified instructions regarding recipes. • Math aptitude including the ability to perform basic math calculations. • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). • Physically able to lift 50 lbs consistently. Additional Skills & Qualifications
• Experience in blending within a manufacturing environment. • Forklift experience and ability to transfer raw materials. • Experience monitoring and operating machinery in a production setting. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Cherry Hill, NJ. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
