Job Title: CNC Machine Operator Job DescriptionJoin a dedicated team in a full-service production CNC machine shop that has been crafting high-quality metal parts. Serving a diverse range of industries, including agriculture, construction, off-road highway trucking, forestry, and mining. Our commitment to precision and efficiency is reflected in our work with various mills, primarily Mazaks, to produce a wide array of parts.Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines and machining centers to produce small to large parts with minimal scrap. • Review drawings, instructions, and blueprints to ensure accurate production. • Plan the proper sequence of tasks to complete assignments efficiently. • Inspect parts using gauges and quality plans to ensure quality assurance. • Document completed labor and quality checks, reporting errors as required. • Identify machine/tool maintenance needs and perform minor repairs. • Learn and execute machine set-ups using provided documentation. • Maintain a safe and clean work environment. Shifts1st shift: 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., Monday-Friday2nd shift: 2:00pm-10:00pm, Monday-Friday (15% shift premium)3rd shift: 10:00pm-6:00am, Sunday-Thursday (25% shift premium) Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Watertown, WI. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $35.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
