• Polish, grind, and finish metal components to quality standards • Assist fabrication teams with material handling, setup, and production support • Load, unload, and move raw materials, work-in-process, and finished products • Stage materials for machine operators and welders • Remove and transport completed parts as needed • Perform basic visual inspections to ensure quality and conformance • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area ✅ What We're Looking For
