Production Associate – Night ShiftLocation: Montgomery, AL 36108Pay Rate: $17.94/hourShift: Night ShiftEmployment Type: 90-Day Contract-to-Hire (CTH)About the OpportunityWe are seeking dependable and motivated Production Associates to support a fast-paced automotive manufacturing operation in Montgomery, Alabama. This facility specializes in tire and wheel assembly and provides value-added manufacturing support services to major automotive manufacturers and suppliers. The work environment is production-driven and focused on quality, safety, and efficiency.Please Note: This is a non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment, and associates will be working on the night shift.Job Responsibilities
• Perform assembly and production-related tasks in a high-volume manufacturing environment. • Assemble tire and wheel components according to production specifications and quality standards. • Load, unload, move, and stage materials throughout the facility. • Operate hand tools, production equipment, and material handling equipment as trained. • Inspect products for quality and identify defects or discrepancies. • Follow standardized work instructions and production schedules. • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. • Adhere to all safety policies, procedures, and quality requirements. • Work effectively as part of a team to meet production goals and customer demands. • Assist with inventory movement, packaging, labeling, and shipping preparation as needed. Qualifications
• Previous experience in assembly, production, manufacturing, or material handling required. • Experience working in an automotive manufacturing environment strongly preferred. • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials throughout the shift. • Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and performing repetitive tasks for extended periods. • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining quality standards. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety. • Reliable attendance and ability to work the assigned night shift schedule. • High school diploma or GED preferred. Preferred Experience
• Automotive assembly or automotive supplier manufacturing experience. • Tire and wheel assembly experience. • Warehouse material handling and production support experience. • Experience working with quality-focused manufacturing processes. Benefits of the Contract-to-Hire Opportunity

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Montgomery, AL. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.94 - $17.94/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
