What You’ll Do As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for keeping production running safely and efficiently by maintaining and troubleshooting industrial equipment, including:
• Troubleshoot and repair industrial manufacturing equipment • Maintain conveyors, mixers, ovens, and packaging lines • Perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime • Troubleshoot 3-phase motors, PLC-controlled systems, and VFDs • Work with pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems • Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement projects • Accurately document work orders, repairs, and parts usage • Follow OSHA, GMP, and food safety standards What We’re Looking For
• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills • Experience with motors, controls, pneumatics, and hydraulics • Ability to read schematics and troubleshoot PLC systems • Food or beverage manufacturing experience preferred, but not required • Safety-focused, dependable, and detail-oriented Pay & Benefits
