QualificationsYour resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS/GG-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing the following duties: Demonstrated track record (typically 7-10 years) conducting, directing, and managing HUMINT operations, source management, operational deconfliction and asset validation to satisfy intelligence requirements. Experience applying advanced HUMINT tradecraft methodologies (e.g., FTC, OTC, ASOTC, DHQC, MOTC, or equivalent) to oversee complex collection requirements and manage a comprehensive organizational or Service-level HUMINT Common Operating Picture (COP). Experience authoring, implementing, and overseeing HUMINT strategies and directives, including the formulation of source, reporting, and systems policies to ensure strict alignment with Service, Departmental, and Intelligence Community (IC) standards. Experience serving as senior subject matter expert on HUMINT capabilities, operations, and policy, providing executive-level advisory support and critical intelligence inputs to senior leadership. Experience navigating Service, Department of the Navy (DoN), DoD, and National-level intelligence governance structures to advocate for HUMINT operational requirements and capabilities, ensuring seamless interagency integration and cross-functional alignment. Major DutiesYou will serve as the HUMINT Operations Cell Chief within the Headquarters Marine Corps Counterintelligence/HUMINT Branch (M2X).You will be responsible for the authorship and coordination of Service HUMINT plans, policy, and doctrine, and to support continuing actions related to Service, Department of War, and Intelligence Community HUMINT activities.You will support the USMC Director of Intelligence in his roles as the Senior Intelligence Officer and Defense HUMINT Executor.You will plan, develop, coordinate, and implement detailed solutions to meet intelligence-related Title 10 and Title 50 requirements.You will set priorities and goals to ensure the seamless integration of HUMINT into Service-retained operations, activities, and investments.
