Salary: £60,000 - 80,000 per year
Requirements: Strong experience with enterprise backup and data protection technologies.Significant hands-on deployment and implementation experience.Experience delivering backup solutions from beginning to end.Strong experience with one or more of Commvault, NetBackup, Veeam, or Rubrik.Several years experience delivering technical implementations within customer environments.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Comfortable working independently across technical projects.Strong customer-facing communication skills.Able to explain technical information clearly and professionally.Good understanding of wider IT infrastructure and networking fundamentals, including DNS and datacentre environments.Experience within Professional Services, an MSP, technology vendor, or similar customer-facing environment would be advantageous. Responsibilities: Deploy and implement enterprise backup and data protection solutions.Deliver customer projects from initial requirements through to implementation and handover.Configure backup technologies across complex customer environments.Troubleshoot technical issues throughout the deployment lifecycle.Work directly with customers during implementations.Explain technical requirements and solutions clearly to customers.Work with vendor support and engineering teams to resolve technical issues.Produce technical and As-Built documentation following deployments.Work independently across customer projects and technical implementations.Understand how backup solutions integrate with wider infrastructure, networking, and datacentre environments.
