We are seeking two IT Technicians to work on site in Glasgow, supporting firmware upgrades. The work is not highly technical. Allow at least one hour per device; older devices may take two hours or more because firmware versions need to be installed sequentially. We will provide full training, including a documented sequence of upgrade steps. Progress will be target-driven, with each engineer assigned to one site at a time so that two sites can be upgraded simultaneously.
